Default Roman coin identity crisis

Through my own research I have come up with something that looks similar, but dosnt quite fit. The closest I have found would be "Gordian III, RIC 177" It appears to be a silver coin, but none of the images I can find really match that well. Any help as to the true identity of this coin, rarity, and possible value, would be greatly appreciated. Tried some different lighting in the pics to help see details more clearly.
